lichaam. Ze vormen onze botten, spieren, haar, nagels, huid; maar ook onze interne boodschappers zoals hormonen, enzymen of antilichamen van het immuunsysteem: die ons verdedigen tegen infecties.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Eiwitten zijn essentieel voor de mens. Omdat ze niet uit andere voedingsstoffen kunnen worden gemaakt, moeten ze door de voeding worden aangeleverd. Ons lichaam weet echter niet hoe het eiwitten moet opslaan&#8230; Daarom moeten we ervoor zorgen dat we elke dag voldoende eiwitten binnenkrijgen: bij voorkeur bij elke maaltijd en van goede eiwitten met de hoogst biologische kwaliteit;<\/li><li>wit vlees;<\/li><li>rood vlees: zonder overmatige consumptie want het kan te veel ijzer opleveren;<\/li><li>vis en zeevruchten;<\/li><li>charcuterie: bij voorkeur mager (ham, spekfilet, grisons vlees, enz.) en zonder te veel zoutgehalte;<\/li><li>kaas en zuivelproducten: indien mogelijk mager of halfvolle melk, maar vermijd overmatige consumptie;<\/li><li>plantaardige eiwitten: er zijn enkele volledige plantaardige bronnen, zoals soja en derivaten daarvan (zoals tofu);<\/li><li>granen en peulvruchten zijn
